In my private practice, I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, relationships, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness and many other modalities. At the heart of my work is active listening — deeply hearing what’s said, and what isn’t — to uncover the layers of emotion and experience that shape who we are. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relational conflict, or personal uncertainty, our work together will focus on helping you gain clarity, foster self-trust, and reconnect with your inner strength; to take you to the space where you can be confident and thrive.
I believe that every person holds the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Life often presents us with complex transitions — evolving relationships, identity shifts, career changes, or unresolved past wounds — but I see these not as roadblocks, but as doorways to transformation. My philosophy is rooted in the belief in human prosperity and the power of self- awareness to bring about lasting change. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken, but about reconnecting with your authentic self, rewriting outdated narratives, and building a life that feels aligned and purposeful. I am here to guide you, support you and very importantly celebrate you.
This work is deeply personal to me. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced my own seasons of doubt, painful transitions, and shifting relationships. These experiences have not only shaped who I am, but they have deepened my empathy, sharpened my insight, and affirmed my belief in the inherent strength within every human being. I do this work because I know what it’s like to feel stuck — and I know the freedom that comes from being truly seen and supported. Being a psychologist is more than a profession; it’s a commitment to walking beside others as they find clarity, healing, and the courage to grow into the next chapter of their lives. You can be you.
