🌿 My Approach

🌿 My Approach

I use an integrative approach in therapy tailored to an individual's unique needs. My goal is to provide you a supportive space where we can work together to achieve your goals and thrive in your life. My values are grounded on the belief of each and everyone's strength and skills. However, sometimes we feel stuck and struggle to move forward. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, humanistic, solution-focused, person-centered and trauma focused. With an integrative approach, I draw from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal, Internal Family System and Family Systems techniques to help you identify your strengths and provide a path towards your goals. I am passionate to look into an evidence based strategy that works best for each individual that I am working with. You will be received with a non-judgmental, warm and collaborative therapeutic space and a genuine, empathetic therapist who will actively listen and understand your unique experience.

🌿 My Philosophy

🌿 My Philosophy

Overall, my philosophy as a therapist is to treat each person as a worthy and unique individual and an expert of your own life. My role is to support you on your journey of self-discovery and growth and build a healthier and more fulfilling life.

🌿 My Why

🌿 My Why

Being a therapist is rooted from my values in helping the community and living a fulfilled life. As an immigrant from the Philippines, I experienced the challenges of poverty, family dysfunction and isolation, struggling with mental health concerns, which were hindered by the fear of being judged or discriminated against. Now, finding my own values, meaning, and life’s purpose, I intend to translate this into therapeutic work where I can work with individuals who want to live their life, thrive, heal from their trauma and achieve their full potential.
